I have 3 so far - wake up, fall asleep and just focus. I love them all at different points in the day. Fall asleep paired with heated eye mask help me slow down my mind for a more decent night sleep. Wake up is so ‘oooo’ it sort of smells like Coca Cola in the bottle too. Scents are strong enough that you can get a boost just smelling it in the bottle but not too strong that it’s overpowering! Use them daily highly recommended.
