Refunds and Returns

T.H.F Limited known hereafter in this document as "The Honest Family" accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all physical products. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in. It cannot be returned if the product has been used or the packaging removed. As the sender, you ensure it’s packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. A refund will be processed upon arrival.
We take liability if your order arrives with damaged item(s). You are entitled to return it for a full refund. You must send a copy of the postage invoice/receipt to claim back the postage costs from us, which we will cover in full. If you still want the item, you are entitled to receive a new one instead of a refund, if preferred.

You must send a copy of the postage invoice/receipt to claim back the postage costs from us, which we will cover in full. If you still want the item, you are also entitled to receive a new one instead of a refund, if preferred.
If you’d like to make a return, please alert us by contacting us at support@thehonestfamily.co.uk, so we know to expect a parcel from you. Make sure you inform us whether you’d like a refund or replacement. Ensure you also include details of your order number so we can swiftly find it on our system to process the refund.
The Honest Family do not accept returns or refunds on digital products as these are non-returnable. If you have any problems or queries regarding a digital product, please contact @ support@thehonestfamily.co.uk so we can help resolve the issue.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
The Honest Family offers a FREE UK shipping option with any purchase over £50 and is dispatched using Royal Mail TRACKED 48. Royal mail TRACKED 24.
How long should it take to arrive?
Tracked 24 Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 1 Working Day.
Tracked 48 Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 2 – 3 Working Days
The estimated delivery times stated above do not apply to any Items with any of the following delivery addresses or postcodes (and, to avoid doubt, in each of these instances, we
do not provide any target time for delivery):
3.4.1 any Items addressed to any British Forces Post Office;
3.4.2 Tracked 24, to any of the following postcodes: GY, HS, IM,
JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 postcodes; and
3.4.3 in relation to Non Account Tracked 48, to any of the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS,
IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.

The Honest Family aim to dispatch all physical product orders within 1- 2 working days.
Digital Downloads
The Honest Family digitally dispatch all digital orders, including eBooks, digital planners and Courses.
Upon purchasing, you will also receive an email including the links to the individual downloads, you can also access these links via the “My Account” page, they are situated at the bottom of the page. Please ensure you are logged in and then you can print these out at your leisure.
If you are unable to download your files, please contact support@thehonestfamily.co.uk for guidance.
Correspondence
Honestly Does It aim to respond to email queries within 24 hours of receiving them. This only applies on working days. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. Whilst successful in most cases, during busy periods, it can delay our response for 3 – 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that your query has not been responded to within 5 working days of sending, please contact support@thehonestfamily.co.ukfor further support.
Copyrighting and Abuse
The Honest Family do not tolerate plagiarism or any form of copyright infringement. Upon committing such act, further action will be taken with the relevant authority.
Honestly Does It do not tolerate any form of abuse. This covers all areas including physical, verbal, online and emotional abuse. We reserve the right to cancel your order and block you across all platforms.
– If you have an outstanding order upon this occurring, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
– If you have an order that you’d like to return due to damage or missing/wrong items, you withhold your right to return for a full refund.
-If you are enrolled on a course, you will lose access to the course with no refunded given.
