Refunds and Returns
T.H.F LIMITED Trading as and known hereafter in this document as "The Honest Family" accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all physical products. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in. It cannot be returned if the product has been used or the packaging removed. As the sender, you ensure it’s packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. A refund will be processed upon arrival.
We take liability if your order arrives with damaged item(s). You are entitled to return it for a full refund. You must send a copy of the postage invoice/receipt to claim back the postage costs from us, which we will cover in full. If you still want the item, you are entitled to receive a new one instead of a refund, if preferred.

If you’d like to make a return, please alert us by contacting us at support@thehonestfamily.co.uk, so we know to expect a parcel from you. Make sure you inform us whether you’d like a refund or replacement. Ensure you also include details of your order number so we can swiftly find it on our system to process the refund.
The Honest Family does not accept returns or refunds on digital products as these are non-returnable. If you have any problems or queries regarding a digital product, please contact @ support@thehonestfamily.co.uk so we can help resolve the issue.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
