How Was My Day - Children's Mental Health Notepad - Kids - Inclusive - Reflection - The Honest Family
Introducing "How was my day" Children's Mental Health Notepad, the perfect tool for children to reflect on their day, practice gratitude and deal with worries before bedtime. This pad encourages children to spend 5 minutes reflecting on their day, building emotional intelligence and resilience.
The first section is dedicated to three things that made the child happy during the day, allowing them to focus on positive experiences and practice gratitude. The pad then guides the child through the best and worst things about the day, giving them an opportunity to process any difficult or challenging experiences.
The "today I worried about" section provides a space for the child to express their worries and anxieties, while "today made me feel" allows them to visually represent their emotions by drawing a mouth on a blank face. This not only helps the child to understand and process their emotions, but also gives parents and caregivers insight into how the child is feeling.
At the bottom of the "How was my day" Children's Mental Health Notepad, there are 5 blank stars that the child can colour in to reflect on how many stars they would give the day. This simple yet effective exercise helps the child to focus on positive aspects of the day and encourages a growth mindset.
Also available in a Children's mental health bundle of 4 pads with the option of including a worry monster to eat away the concerns

I love this pad. Both my six year old son and I use this regularly. It’s really helpful to encourage you to look at the positive aspects of your day as well as the negative.
